2. Eligibility and Services for Minors
Learnova Learning Center provides educational and tutoring services primarily for K–12 students.
Individuals under the age of 18 may receive educational Services with the involvement, authorization, or consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.
If you are a parent or legal guardian enrolling, registering, scheduling, or purchasing Services for a minor, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so and agree to be responsible for the minor's participation in the Services, applicable payments, communications, and compliance with these Terms.
Certain communications, including enrollment, billing, scheduling, consent, and SMS communications, may be directed to the student's parent or legal guardian.
3. Services Provided
Learnova Learning Center provides personalized tutoring and academic support for K–12 students.
Services advertised through the Site may include:
Math tutoring for K–12 students
Reading and writing support
Homework assistance
Test preparation
Small group learning
One-on-one tutoring
Study skills and confidence building
Personalized learning plans

Educational consultations
The specific Services available to a student may depend on the student's educational needs, availability, program selection, and other factors discussed during enrollment or consultation.
We may update, modify, replace, or discontinue particular Services or programs from time to time.
4. Consultations, Scheduling, and Tutoring Sessions
Learnova may provide free consultations or introductory sessions to help families determine appropriate educational support.
Tutoring sessions and educational programs are scheduled based on availability and the arrangement communicated between Learnova and the student, parent, or guardian.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact and scheduling information when requesting a consultation or tutoring session.
Specific scheduling, rescheduling, attendance, or cancellation requirements, if applicable, will be communicated when a session or program is arranged.
Because the Site does not currently publish a specific general cancellation or rescheduling deadline, these Terms do not establish a universal cancellation fee or minimum cancellation-notice period.
5. Fees and Pricing
Pricing for Services may vary based on tutoring format, program type, student needs, and other factors.
The Site currently advertises pricing that may include:
One-on-one tutoring generally ranging from $60 to $75 per hour
Small group sessions at approximately $25 per student
Monthly programs generally ranging from $200 to $400 per month
Learnova may also advertise promotional pricing or discounts from time to time, including offers for new students.
Displayed prices, promotional offers, and discounts may be changed, updated, or discontinued. The applicable price will be the price communicated or agreed upon in connection with the relevant Service or enrollment.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are expressed in U.S. dollars.
Any additional payment terms applicable to a particular tutoring package or program will be disclosed during the applicable booking or enrollment process.
6. Refunds and Payment Terms
Learnova does not currently publish a universal refund policy on the Site.
Any refund, credit, payment schedule, or other financial terms applicable to a particular tutoring service, package, or educational program will therefore be governed by the terms communicated to you at the time of enrollment, booking, or purchase and by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Student and User Conduct
Students, parents, guardians, and other users are expected to communicate and participate respectfully.
You agree not to engage in conduct that:
Disrupts tutoring or educational sessions
Harasses, threatens, or abuses tutors, students, staff, or other individuals
Violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempts to gain unauthorized access to Learnova systems or accounts
Interferes with the operation or security of the Site or Services
Uses the Services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
Learnova reserves the right to restrict or discontinue Services when conduct materially interferes with the safety, integrity, or effective delivery of the Services.
8. Educational Disclosures and No Guarantee of Results
Learnova is committed to providing personalized educational support designed to help students strengthen academic skills, build confidence, and improve their learning habits.
However, educational outcomes depend on many circumstances outside Learnova's control, including student participation, attendance, effort, previous academic performance, learning needs, school curriculum, testing conditions, and other individual factors.
Accordingly, Learnova does not guarantee:
Specific grades or grade improvements
Specific test scores or score increases
Admission to any school, college, or educational program
Scholarship awards
Completion of academic requirements within a particular timeframe
Any other specific academic or educational result
Testimonials, student feedback, marketing materials, and examples of student progress are provided for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as guarantees that another student will achieve the same results.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEARNOVA LEARNING CENTER AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, TUTORS, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.
This includes, where permitted by law, losses relating to lost opportunities, lost data, academic outcomes, service interruptions, or reliance on information made available through the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learnova's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Learnova for the Services directly giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Learnova Learning Center and its owners, employees, tutors, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from:

A material violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or unlawful activity
Failure to satisfy agreed payment obligations
Abusive or threatening conduct
Conduct that materially disrupts the delivery of educational Services
Security or safety concerns
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations for Services already provided or other obligations that arose before termination.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions, will continue to apply.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where another law is required to apply.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you and Learnova agree to make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve disputes informally.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any legal action relating to these Terms or the Services may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Minnesota, subject to any rights or venue requirements that cannot legally be waived.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency or injunctive relief where appropriate.
19. Changes to These Terms
Learnova may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to its Services, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.
When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms will be revised.
Your continued use of the Site or Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
Material changes affecting existing customers may be communicated separately when appropriate or legally required.
